My yogurt cake theory is now printed! The book is called "Le ricette die designer — 70 progetti in punta di forchetta" with an introduction by Ferran Adrià. It was presented yesterday during a gourmet dinner at Milan. It was all organized by Ottagono, consequence of an event from this year's furniture fair. (R)
